Shipping estimates
Shipping estimates are shown at checkout after you enter your destination. Delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier availability.
- Use the checkout delivery estimate as the final order-specific estimate.
- Some projector accessories may ship separately if they come from different fulfillment batches.
- If your order contains a screen and a smaller accessory, tracking may arrive in separate updates.
30-day unused-item returns
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days according to our return policy. Please keep the original packaging until you confirm the product fits your setup.
Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or missing parts, contact support with your order number and photos of the outer package, shipping label, and the item condition. This helps us resolve replacement or return requests faster.
Before returning projector accessories
- Check screen size, room width, ceiling height, and projector throw distance before opening large items.
- For stands and mounts, confirm your projector weight and 1/4-inch screw compatibility before use.
- For no-drill mounts, do not install on unsuitable surfaces such as dusty, textured, damp, or peeling walls.
